The 3b boutique bar building has a place in Goldfields history. Most recently the Rock Inn, it is one of the original hotels in the centre of Boulder.
The Tattersall’s Hotel was established in 1899, built in the Federation Filigree style, with ashlar quarry stone walls and balcony and verandah that extended across the facades and over the pavement.
The famous billiards player, Walter Lindrum played at the Tattersalls Hotel at various times.
This is one of the significant hotels of Burt Street that has had continual use as a pub since it’s construction.
